By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The Site is a marketing and informational resource describing Orbit UAV's UAV, counter-UAS, and related training products and services. It is not a store — nothing on the Site can be purchased directly, and submitting the contact form does not create a contract, an order, a quotation, or any binding commitment on either side.
You agree not to: scrape, crawl, or systematically extract Site content other than for normal search-engine indexing; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or any related system; interfere with the Site's operation (including automated or high-volume submission of the contact form); or use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
Specifications, capabilities, ranges, and figures on the Site are indicative and subject to change without notice; only a signed quotation or contract issued directly by Orbit UAV is binding. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer capable of acceptance, technical data subject to export control, or a representation that any product is legally exportable to, or importable into, any particular country. Export eligibility (including under EU dual-use regulations, ITAR, EAR, or any other applicable regime) is assessed case-by-case as part of a formal quotation process and is never guaranteed by anything published on the Site.
The Site's text, imagery, diagrams, and the Orbit UAV name and logo are owned by or licensed to Galevi s.r.o. and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share pages for legitimate reference and evaluation purposes; you may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from Site content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Information you submit through the contact form must be accurate and relate to a genuine enquiry. Submissions are handled per our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to decline to respond to any enquiry, including where export-control screening, sanctions status, or end-use concerns are not resolved to our satisfaction.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted availability. We may amend, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Galevi s.r.o. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
The Site may link to third-party resources (for example the blog, or partner and press mentions). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any dispute not resolved informally is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Prague, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your own country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
